Is Haskell going to be the next 'it' language?
Is Haskell going to supplant Ruby as the Next Big Language in the next couple of years? I have a gut feeling it just might happen. Things I've noticed:
- I've randomly found two other developers wanting to learn Haskell in the past week.
- New mailing lists are being created at haskell.org, including web-devel@haskell.org.
- Smart people, like Joshua Schachter, are talking about Haskell.

The next language for comuters, business and commerce is going to be klingon. Enough said.
Just so everyone knows, Haskell is my Mom's last name. Its my middle name too. I demand the middle portion of the profits.
