Why I'm Glad I'm Not Netflix
I've had this conversation at least three times in the last couple weeks with various people and Kathy Sierra (who else?) hit the nail on the head with the post The real secret to a successful blog/book/business....
As I've told a few people, I wouldn't want to be in Netflix's shoes because for them to be wildly profitable, they have to treat their best users the worst (throttle those who rent the most). That's so backwards.
